Our range includes fruit from significant sites in the Hunter Valley and carfefully chosen parcels of fruit from the Hilltops region; New South Wales.
Our winemaking style is all hands on, from hand picking right through to basket pressing. Quality without compromise and a winery that is designed specifically for small batch production of exceptional wine.
